Nikki is the Executive Assistant to Mayor Randy McClement. She describes her current position as exciting because she is challenged everyday and gets to learn new things about the City of Frederick and its local government. Her background is in sales and business development for mass media and marketing.

Daniel is Leadership Development Associate at State Farm Insurance in Frederick. He has been with State Farm for eleven years and currently leads a division of 80 employees responsible for the claim handling of specialized auto property damage claims. He has earned several industry-recognized professional designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Fellow – Life Management Institute (FLMI), and Associate in Claims (AIC).
Among many organizations, Daniel volunteers with Adopt-A-Road Montgomery County and the Frederick Chapter of Team Red, White, and Blue, an organization connecting veterans to their communities through social and physical activities. He’s also been a tutor and mentor to elementary school students and a volunteer coach for youth soccer. Daniel also enjoys running, cycling, triathlons, and reading.

Although Brent has only been in Frederick for a few months he says the sense of community was immediately apparent. He is currently the Director of Advertising and Marketing at The Frederick News-Post, where he collaborates with the community on advertising, marketing, and event opportunities.
Brent has been active in many community programs hosted by the FNP, including developing the downtown facility into an events venue. He’s also worked on community engagement opportunities like bridal shows, job fairs, and Frederick Music Showcase. Brent also enjoys running, music, and travel.

Courtney is a licensed funeral director and very active in the family business. She is hands on in the day-to-day at all the Stauffer Funeral Home locations and is responsible for the marketing and development. Courtney also meets with families who are planning their loved ones funerals.
Courtney has chaired the Hospice of Frederick County Corporate Campaign, Co-Chaired the Mental Health Association Catoctin Affair, volunteers at Valley Elementary, and serves on the Generation Connect steering committee at the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. She also enjoys being a soccer mom, traveling, entertaining, and Ravens Football.
