Timothy is a Vice President in Business Banking and City Manager for the Wells Fargo Bank. He is a life-long Commercial Lender who has successfully grown banks that are new to various markets. He currently works with the local Wells Fargo branches in Frederick, Carroll, and up-county Montgomery Counties on the business banking side.
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Timothy is new to the Frederick Community. He is active with the Wells Fargo “Green Team” and has worked on restoring homes in Frederick and planting trees at the River Park. He also volunteers at his son’s elementary school. When not at work, Timothy enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with his family.

As Outreach Coordinator at the Frederick Rescue Mission, Teri represents the mission to everyone who comes through the doors. “I sit and chat with them, hear their stories, pray for them, and let them know that God loves them,” she said. Since joining the organization in January 2011, Teri has developed outreach events like Harvest Festival, Christmas outreach, low cost hair cuts, free backpacks, Latino ministry, and a summer enrichment program.
Teri is also involved with Habitat for Humanity, an Awana program for elementary school girls through Fredericktowne Baptist church, and the Picnic in the Park event. She also enjoys line dancing and rehabing homes through Habitat for Humanity.

As a Loan Officer, Kelsey works to help borrowers obtain financing for either agricultural purposes- like purchasing farms, equipment, or livestock- or for rural homes. She also works as a relationship lender, and helps borrowers as their farms grow and their needs change.
Growing up in Frederick County, Kelsey was active in 4-H and FFA. After high school she served as a Maryland State FFA Officer and the Maryland National Officer Candidate. She is on the board of the Maryland FFA Foundation, and has enjoyed volunteering at their events. Kelsey also enjoys reading, traveling, and baking.

Jeremy is an attorney with Miles & Stockbridge P.C. in Frederick. He represents clients in government contracts matters and litigation concerns in everything from intellectual property to real estate, land use, construction, and general commercial and business matters. Before this position, Jeremy served six years as an active duty U.S. Army JAG, and seven years as an infantry officer in the 25th Infantry Division as a Rifle Platoon Leader and subsequently the 75th Ranger Regiment as a Ranger Platoon Leader and Battalion Training Officer. Jeremy combat deployed to Iraq three times.
Jeremy continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves, is a member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek, and the University of Maryland School of Law Alumni Board. He also serves as a mentor for law students, a Sunday school teacher at Mountain View Community Church, and a coach for LOUYAA Baseball.
