Rob is a branch manager for Manpower in Frederick. He manages the daily operations of the Frederick franchise, develops and maintains local and national client partnerships, and recruits qualified and professional associates for open client positions. He leads his staffing team to insure clients receive the best possible service.
Rob has lived in Frederick for most of his life and says he’s personally invested in the community. He has served on the Frederick County Workforce Services Board for the past four years, assisted with planning FCSHRM’s 2015 Annual Conference, and is actively involved in his church. When not at work, Rob enjoys music composition, playing guitar, and spending time with his two daughters.

Eric was encouraged by his parents, both of whom are teachers, to try substitute teaching while he was looking for a job that would use his degree in Communications. He followed their advice, and it wasn’t long before he fell in love with teaching and working with students. He worked as a long-term substitute at Tuscarora High School while earning a teaching certificate. He is now the Coordinator for Career and Technology Education at Frederick County Public Schools. He supports curriculum and instruction for more than 200 teachers.
Eric is a small group leader at Grace Community Church, coaches baseball at Gov. Thomas Johnson High School, and is now the Assistant General Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Red Sox showcase team. He also serves on the Frederick County Chamber’s Generation Connect Steering Committee, the Computer Science Advisory Board at Hood College, and the Information Technology Advisory Committee for Frederick Community College. In 2014, Eric was named the Generation Connect Young Professional of the Year.

Tammie is an AVP/Bank Center Manager with Frederick County Bank. She’s been with FCB for more than 10 years providing business development, relationship enhancement, mentoring and coaching, and training. She helped oversee the renovation of the new space on the square corner of downtown Frederick and volunteers on the bank’s Special Events Committee, which sets up all employee events during the year.
She serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club, is a volunteer coordinator for Tour de Frederick, volunteers for Alive @Five, and attends numerous charity events on behalf of the bank.

Laila is an Art Therapist who is passionate about Art and taking care of people. She believes people want to be heard and listened to, and has spent year cultivating the ability to listen and take care of her clients. When not at work, Laila enjoys theater, music, reading, and traveling.
She is active in the Women’s Giving Circle and Woman to Woman Mentoring. Laila has sponsored many community events, including the Catoctin Affair, Hurwitz Breast Cancer Marathon, and Evening on the Riviera.
